Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at EventBrite, at the Tide & Vine Oyster House or at the Eagle Valley Golf Club.
WhAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ADMISSION?
Your ticket includes a plate of 5 oysters & 1 drink ticket.
Can I purchase my ticket at the door?
Yes. Tickets will be available at the gate for $45.
CAN I EXCHANGE/REFUND MY TICKET(S)?
No exchanges or refunds will be provided. All ticket sales are final.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE & ENJOY THE FESTIVAL?
While the festival runs from 2pm to 8pm, if you plan on making a day of it we recommend arriving before 3pm to get the full experience!
IS THIS A DOG FRIENDLY EVENT?
Yes. Oyster Fest Niagara welcomes your furry friends. Please ensure they are on leash at all times and that you pick up after them :)
WILL THERE BE FOOD ITEMS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN OYSTERS?
Yes. We will be joined by AVella’s Wood Fired Oven Pizzas, Hometown Ice Cream as well as providing two Tide & Vine food stations. There will be lots of variety in menu items available.
ARE THERE IN & OUT PRIVILEGES?
No. Once you have entered the festival we do not allow re-entrance. Please ensure you have everything you need on your person prior to entering the festival.
How much are food & drink tickets once I’m on site?
Food tickets will be available for $6 each (taxes included).
Drink tickets for $8 each (taxes included).ARE CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED ON SITE?
Yes. You will be able to use your debit or credit cards at the designated Food & Drink ticket tents.
What Should I bring?
Oyster Fest Niagara takes place on the driving range at the Eagle Valley Golf Club and as such, there is limited amounts of shade on the festival grounds. We encourage guests to wear hats & pack sunscreen. You are welcome to bring a picnic blanket and shaded tents for your children if you’d like.
Where do I register for the shucking competition?
To register prior to the event, please email our Wholesale Manager Mike Cwiertniewski at wholesale@tideandvine.com. Please note there is $10 registration fee. If you would like to register on arrival you can do so at the gate.
IS THERE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA?
Yes. All smokers should re-locate to the area next to the washrooms under the trees (to the right of the stage area).
